The Heaven’s Cupboard Silent Auction will be held on November 13th, November 20th and December 4th. Each auction will go live at 1pm and will end at 4pm.
We are using the 32Auctions site for our auction. Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the site and to set up your account now.
Saturday, December 4th 1pm to 4pm will be the final auction day.
The program we chose is a pretty easy format to use. Each week, members will be sent a link to join the auction and all bidding will still be anonymous. Bidders will see a picture (if possible) and a written explanation of the item up for auction with each auction having between 18- 20 items to bid on.
Winning bidders must pay on the Sunday after the close of the auction by either getting the money to the Witness team or paying through the church’s website (accepts credit card or electronic check). Most items will be available for pickup on that Sunday after paying unless otherwise stated by the donating person (especially pertinent for meal items).
This format worked well for us last year and hope all will again enjoy our auction and bid, bid, bid! We have many great items up for auction – some long time favorites and many new items! Remember that all funds raised go to Heaven’s Cupboard. More details will come closer to the first auction for accessing and using auction program.
